Constantine (Gus) Zachos, MD, DCAPM, DAAPM, ABAARM
Dr. Zachos graduated from University of Toronto Medical School in 1991 and has been practicing medicine for approximately 20 years. He is the President and Medical Director of BodyScience Medical, in addition, he acts as Medical Director of the Oak Ridge’s Medical and Urgent Care Centre and Director of the Barrie Chronic Pain Clinic. What began as a full time emergency medicine practice evolved to include special interests in anti-aging, and hormone imbalances.
Dr. Zachos is an expert in BHRT and interested in successfully managing individual’s hormone imbalances, which can lead to significant long-term health benefits. Managing the aging process from a hormone and nutritional perspective provides strong evidence in enabling a better quality of life.
Dr. Zachos is Board Certified with the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management, Diplomate of the Canadian Academy of Pain Management.

Dr. Randy Knipping, BSc MD CCFP
Dr. Randy Knipping has been in practice for more than 25 years caring for professional pilots, air traffic controllers, executives and athletes ensuring that they achieve optimal human performance through preventive and integrative health care. He has completed specialized training in Age Management Medicine, an evidence based approach to the biology and genetics of aging well and completed training at the Cenegenics Medical Institute, the leader in this field in North America.
Age Management Medicine pays special attention to Nutrition, Fitness, Stress Reduction, Metabolic and Hormonal Optimization and now also Nobel Prize Winning Telomerase Preservation and Activation.
Dr. Knipping has more than 40 years of experience in meditation practice and instruction and with his special training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy he has a special interest in Human Performance, Lifestyle Behaviour, working with his clients to master stress reduction and adopt daily and weekly lifestyle rituals with lasting results through a meditation retreat setting in Toronto. He is sought out in the aviation and executive industries to work with individuals and groups under severe stress including those involved in aircraft accidents, post traumatic stress and traumatic military experiences. Applying these skills to the challenging and unpredictable world of business gives the executive a competitive psychological advantage.
Eris Ligu, MPH, Patient Care Coordinator
For almost four years, Ms. Ligu was part of Medcan Health Management Clinic as team leader of the medical testing team, where she successfully coordinated staff training and patient management. During this time, she completed the RespTREC-Respiratory Training and Educator Course and was certified by the Lung Association. She is currently enrolled in the Occupational and Health Safety Program at Ryerson University.
In 2000, Eris graduated from Medical School at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “luliu Hatieganu” in Cluj, Romania. Before moving to Canada, she practiced in Romania and Albania.
Eris holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Tirana, Albania. She enjoys reading, cooking, biking and spending time with her family.
